The Story

HammeTime Fly & Tackle officially launched in 2019 with the mission to deliver high-quality tackle at a fraction of the price. I am also committed to minimizing wait times for customers. There’s nothing more frustrating than visiting a store and discovering the hot bait that has been proven effective is out of stock.

Initially, HammerTime focused solely on Salmon Trolling Flies and Mylar Jigs in 2019. It wasn't until 2021 that we began to diversify our offerings to include hair jigs, flashers, coho dodgers, and custom-painted crankbaits.

My goal is to create products that stand out and differ from the competition. I believe fish become accustomed to seeing the same lures repeatedly. On days with high pressure, using something that looks a bit different could make all the difference in bringing fish into the boat.

The Owner

Hello, I'm Corey Evers, the proud owner of HammerTime Fly & Tackle. At 32 years old, my love for fishing has been a lifelong journey, sparked during my childhood when my dad and I would troll for walleyes on Lake Winnebago. Over the years, my enthusiasm for the great outdoors only deepened. Around the age of 12, I was introduced to salmon fishing, and since then, I've been absolutely hooked.

I have a supportive wife and two wonderful children who fuel my passion. Before becoming parents, my wife and I cherished our time together hunting and fishing. I eagerly await the day when my kids are old enough for me to share this incredible passion with them.

My goal is to offer high-quality tackle at reasonable prices while helping others improve their fishing experiences. There’s nothing quite like receiving a text or call from fellow anglers sharing photos and stories of their catches using HammerTime Tackle.

Tyler Henrich

Hello, I’m Tyler. I've been fishing Lake Michigan since I was five years old, and now at 34, my passion for the lake has truly blossomed over the years. The greatest fulfillment I find is in assisting others to have successful fishing experiences. I primarily fish from Kewanee and northward, though I make a few trips south to Port Washington each year. From late May to the end of August, I try to fish every day possible, typically spending over 60 days on the boat navigating the waters of Lake Michigan.

Mike Stockinger

My name is Mike Stockinger, and my goal is to be the best father, husband, friend, and fisherman I can possibly be. Over the years, I have ventured into the world of competitive walleye fishing. For me, few experiences rival the thrill of a tournament morning on the water. I spend the majority of the season on the Bay of Green Bay and Lake Winnebago. One significant factor in my success is snap jigging with Hammertime Hair jigs! The quality is unparalleled, and I wouldn’t consider using any other jigs.
